E-maturity framework regional focus groups – London

Thursday, January 29th, 2009

Becta is running a series of regionally based focus groups offering providers the opportunity to see, try and test out the e-maturity framework prior to its launch in March 2009.

Generator, the technology improvement leadership tool for FE & Skills has been in development throughout 2008. Following extensive consultation across the whole sector, this common framework offers providers a strategic tool which enables them to assess where they are regarding their strategic deployment of technology for the benefit of learners and the organisation.

Providers in London are being offered this one off opportunity to find out more about, and use, Generator on Tuesday 10 February.

You will be able to go through an assessment of your organisation and identify where the application of technology would make a real difference to your learners.

In addition you will be asked to offer your feedback on Generator as part of the on-going consultation with providers.

This is a unique opportunity to be really hands on and test drive Generator before its launch in March
